• Returns: You can return or exchange unworn, unused items within 2-3 days of delivery.
• Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.
• Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made or sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Return Process:
1. Email us at support@casualsandco.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our team will guide you through the return shipping process.
• Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and issue a refund within 5–7 business days.
